Our family worked with Enviroclean Carpet Care in Cleveland TN on multiple occasions and for a variety of projects. They cleaned our oriental rugs and we used their services when during the storm my sister-in-law’s house was damaged by a tree and a good portion of her house was water damaged. They are always prompt, polite and guarantee their work. It is always a great experience to work with them. I searched for a good company to clean carpets upstairs in a large bonus room and bedroom. We had used the rooms with heavy traffic and a puppy for 3 years and theye were nasty. After my wife asked to have them cleaned I was frustrated when so many did not return calls. Then I called Dewayne and he was not only responsive he asked me when we wanted him here. I called Enviroclean in Cleveland for carpet cleaning of a hallway with heavy traffic stains, along with some pet accidents. I honestly was looking at a temporary fix thinking I would have to replace the carpet SOON.
