Our family worked with Enviroclean Carpet Care in Cleveland TN on multiple occasions and for a variety of projects. They cleaned our oriental rugs and we used their services when during the storm my sister-in-law’s house was damaged by a tree and a good portion of her house was water damaged. They are always prompt, polite and guarantee their work. It is always a great experience to work with them. I searched for a good company to clean carpets upstairs in a large bonus room and bedroom. We had used the rooms with heavy traffic and a puppy for 3 years and theye were nasty. After my wife asked to have them cleaned I was frustrated when so many did not return calls. Then I called Dewayne and he was not only responsive he asked me when we wanted him here. He showed up right on time with an amazing truck and was very fast and thorough. He then asked me to look and make sure I was happy. I called Enviroclean in Cleveland for carpet cleaning of a hallway with heavy traffic stains, along with some pet accidents. I honestly was looking at a temporary fix thinking I would have to replace the carpet SOON.
